What happened
During the initial climb phase following departure from Runway 35 at Piracicaba Airport, a twin engine airplane experienced a sudden loss of altitude. The flight crew reported that a stall warning alarm activated within the cockpit as the aircraft struggled to maintain necessary height. Following this warning, the aircraft entered a right-hand turn and subsequently descended into a eucalyptus forest situated roughly 1.5 km north of the airfield.
The impact with the terrain caused the aircraft to disintegrate. There were seven fatalities resulting from the accident, involving all occupants on board. The passengers included a businessman and four members of his family.
