What happened
During an approach to Chinle Municipal Airport, a twin engine airplane impacted a small road, which subsequently resulted in a post-crash fire. The flight was operating as a medical transport mission, traveling toward Chinle with the intention of retrieving a patient from a local hospital.
At the time of the impact, the aircraft was carrying four individuals, consisting of two pilots and two members of a medical crew. The collision with the roadway caused the airframe to burst into flames, and there were four fatalities recorded among the occupants.

The specific reasons for the crash remain undetermined, as the cause of the impact with the roadway has not yet been established.
