While the aircraft was maintaining an altitude of 1,000 feet and executing a left-hand turn, it transitioned into an uncontrolled descent. The aircraft struck a trailer parking area situated approximately 2.5 km north of Hicks Airfield. Upon impact, the plane caught fire. The accident resulted in two fatalities, as both occupants on board were killed.
