What happened
In September 1994, a twin-engine aircraft was conducting a cargo operation between Georgetown-Cheddi Jagan Airport and Georgetown-Ogle Airport. During the night, while the pilot was performing a descent toward Ogle Airport, the aircraft went down in a forested region situated a few kilometers south of Georgetown.
Following the disappearance, the wreckage was located several hours after the event. The impact resulted in the destruction of the aircraft and left the pilot with serious injuries. The specific date of the occurrence remains unconfirmed.
