What happened
During a scheduled geophysical survey operation in the vicinity of Vallecillos, Durango, a twin-engine aircraft impacted a mountain slope. The flight was operating at an altitude of approximately 2,000 metres when the collision occurred within the Sierra del Rosario range. The impact resulted in two fatalities, as both occupants on board the aircraft perished in the accident.
