What happened

A twin-engine airplane was conducting a post-maintenance test flight after departing from Windhoek-Eros Airport. The flight was operated with a crew consisting of two pilots and one technician on board.

While performing the final approach toward runway 19, the aircraft lost stability and went out of control.
