What happened

During a routine return to base following a successful skydiving operation at the Dubai Drop Zone, a twin engine aircraft experienced a loss of control upon touchdown. As the aircraft landed on runway 06, it deviated from the centerline and moved toward the left side of the runway.

During the excursion, the aircraft exited the paved surface and collided with an embankment. The impact was severe enough to cause the right wing to be severed from the fuselage. The aircraft sustained damage that rendered it a total loss.
