What happened
On October 23, 2022, at approximately 14:50 UTC, a Cessna 150L, registration LV-IUG, was performing a recreational flight in the Mercedes region of Buenos Aires. The aircraft departed from Morón Airport and was operating near the Mercedes Aeroclub when the incident occurred.
While executing a touch-and-go maneuver, the aircraft entered a left-hand climbing turn. During this phase of flight, the pilot experienced a loss of control, causing the aircraft to impact the ground in a field adjacent to the aerodrome. The impact resulted in the destruction of the aircraft.
