What happened
On February 8, 2022, a private Beechcraft B-58, registration LV-IWH, was performing a repositioning flight from Laguna del Sauce Airport (SULS) to San Fernando International Airport (SADF). During the landing phase of the operation, the aircraft experienced a puncture in the left main landing gear tire.
The investigation
