What happened
On July 23, 2019, at 22:25 UTC, a Piper PA-28-180, registration LV-LMB, was engaged in a general aviation instructional flight at San Fernando International Airport (SADF) in Buenos Aires. While the aircraft was taxiing on taxiway C in preparation for takeoff, the right main gear tire suffered a puncture.
