What happened
On July 28, 2019, at approximately 18:50 UTC, a Cicaré CH-7 helicopter, registration LV-X625, was performing a takeoff from Estancia La Fernanda in the Navarro region of Buenos Aires. During the initial climb phase, the aircraft struck an overhead electrical cable. Following the impact, the pilot performed a precautionary landing to secure the aircraft.
There were no fatalities or serious injuries resulting from the event; the single occupant on board sustained only minor injuries.
