What happened
Following a delay to the original 08:00LT scheduled departure time due to late-arriving passengers, the flight crew attempted to depart quickly to maintain their assigned slot. During the takeoff roll, the landing gear was retracted immediately after the aircraft left the ground. While climbing at a speed of 230 km/h and reaching an altitude of approximately 15 metres, the aircraft type experienced a left roll at a 65-degree angle. The impact occurred roughly 1,200 metres from the runway departure point.
The crash resulted in the destruction of the aircraft due to the forces of impact, though no fire was reported at the scene. There were nine fatalities among the occupants of the aircraft. At the time of the accident, the weather conditions at Moscow Airport included snowfall.
