    For unknown reasons, the airplane belly landed at Harrisburg-Olmsted AFB, slid for few dozen metres and came to rest, bursting into flames. All four crew members escaped unhurt while the airplane was damaged beyond repair. Crew: Sgt Floyd D. Crank +3.
