While approaching Guiyang Airport, the twin engine airplane struck the slope of a mountain. All 29 occupants have been killed.
- August 27, 1941Accident
For unknown reasons, the airplane suffered a sudden and severe in-flight fire, maybe due to the explosion of an engine. Full accident record
