- January 22, 1984Accident
About 10 minutes after takeoff from Guatemala City-La Aurora Airport, the twin engine airplane went out of control and crashed in unknown circumstances in Chuarrancho, about 25 km north of the airport. All 11 occupants were killed. The crew was en route to the Petén province.
- May 31, 1960Accident
Upon landing, the right wing struck the runway surface. The aircraft cartwheeled and came to rest. There were no casualties.
- May 13, 1940Accident
The bomber was engaged in a combat mission when it was shot down by the pilot of a German Me.109. Out of control, it dove into the ground and crashed in a field, bursting into flames. All five crew members were killed. Crew: Lt W. F. Anceaux, pilot, Sgt O. W. Douwes Dekker, pilot, Lt B. Swagerman, observer, Sgt G. A. van Riemsdijk, wireless operator, Pvt J. Wijnstra, air gunner. Probable cause (official findings): Shot down by a German fighter.
