Mobile: +260 971232741 Tel: +260212892357 INTRODUCTION On 7th September, 2021, an accident involving a Cessna 172 M aircraft was reported to the Director General, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) by Niner Julliet Logistics, who immediately relayed the information
