- February 25, 1976Accident
The aircraft swerved to the left and struck the water while skidding to the right while avoiding a cement channel mark in reduced visibility. A passenger drowned while three other occupants were rescued.

- April 30, 1980Accident
While in the final stage of a landing approach, the pilot apparently encountered a downdraft and descended into trees. He was not endorsed for the a/c type, and his license had expired.
- June 6, 1979Accidentsubstantial damage
The pilot reported that he lost directional control of the aircraft while landing in a confined area under gusty wind conditions. The craft veered to the left, struck rocks on the shoreline and sank.
- February 25, 1976Accidentsubstantial damage
After encountering poor weather conditions enroute, the pilot descended to a very low altitude to maintain visual contact. As he was preparing to land in a sheltered area, a cement channel marker came suddenly into view, and in his attempt to avoid a collision the left wing struck the water.
