Shortly after takeoff from Colonia del Sacramento, one of the engine failed. The aircraft crash landed on a beach and was damaged beyond repair. All four passengers were injured, one seriously. The pilot escaped unhurt. Probable cause (official findings): Engine failure after takeoff.
