On 26 September 2025, during the flight the glider LAK-17 AT, registration D-KEUD, went to the spin and hit the ground. The pilot was fatally injured. The glider destroyed. The safety investigation is conducted by the Civil Aviation Accidents and Incidents Investigation Commission (CIAIAC) of Spain. The Republic of Lithuania, as a state of design and manufacturer of the glider, has appointed the accredited representative and his technical advisor to this safety investigation.
