The crew carried out the reservoir level check procedure in accordance with the checklist prior to the flight and found it to be correct, as indicated by the test light not illuminating. This meant that there was at least 1.2 gals (4.5 litres) of fluid within the reservoir. Evidence of hydraulic leakage was only visible within the left engine nacelle. Full accident record
