During the takeoff roll, a tyre burst, causing the undercarriage to collapse. The airplane skidded on runway before coming to rest. All five crewmen escaped unhurt while the airplane was damaged beyond repair. Probable cause (official findings): Loss of control during takeoff after a tyre burst.
