THE OPERATOR'S COMMUTER FLTS HAD NOT LANDED AT SCAMMON BAY FOR SVRL DAYS SINCE THE RWY WAS SOFT & MUDDY FROM MELTINGSNOW. BFR DEPARTING CHEVAK, 902 LBS OF MAIL & BAGGAGE WAS PLACED IN THE AFT BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT.
