THE PLT HAD LANDED IN A RESTAURANT PARKING LOT. WHEN HE WAS INFORMED THAT A LOCAL ORDINANCE HAD BEEN PASSED PROHIBITING HELICOPTER OPERATIONS FROM RESTAURANT PARKING LOTS & THAT THE POLICE HAD BEEN CALLED, HE PREPARED TO TAKEOFF.
