THE STUDENT HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED THE ACFT. ON 9/5/85, AN INSTRUCTOR PLT, WHO HAD DELIVERED THE ACFT TO THE WINNEMUCCA ARPT, GAVE THE STUDENT A TOTAL OF 0.4 HR DUAL INSTRUCTION, WHICH INCLUDED 2 LANDINGS. THE INSTRUCTOR THEN INDORSED THE STUDENT'S LOG BOOK FOR SOLO FLT IN THIS ACFT, BUT HE DID NOT INDORSE THE STUDENT'S PLT CERTIFICATE.
