THE RIGHT ENGINE WAS STARTED AS THE PASSENGERS COMPLETED BOARDING. AFTER THE COPILOT SECURED THE CABIN DOOR AND TOOK HIS SEAT, THE PILOT RELEASED THE PARKING BRAKE AND CONTROL LOCK AND APPLIED POWER TO TAXI.
