A05P0198: The US-registered Beechcraft KingAir 90 (N256TA) was engaged in parachute dropping over Pitt Meadows Airport. At the same time, Runways 26 at Vancouver were active and a WestJet B737 (WJA1205) was on a visual approach to Runway 26R. The pilots of the B737 saw a parachutist at their altitude about 4500 feet.
