The aircraft departed Blytheville, AR, on a flight to Fulton, carrying three passengers and one pilot. On final approach to Fulton Airport (1M7), KY, the twin engine airplane crashed in a cornfield located 3 km northwest of runway 09 threshold. All four occupants were injured, two seriously. The airplane was damaged beyond repair.
