THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A STEEL SUPPORTING CABLE ATTACHED TO A POWER LINE POLE DURING A GO-AROUND (MISSED APPROACHED). IT WAS A DARK NIGHT WITH VARYING DEGREES OF VISIBILITY NEAR THE GROUND DUE TO FOG.
