ACFT EXPERIENCED A PARTIAL ENG FAILURE IN FLIGHT. DURING THE FORCED LANDING, THE NOSE GEAR DUG INTO TERRAIN AND THE ACFT FLIPPED OVER. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE NO. 3 CYL BARREL WAS CRACKED ABOUT 90% AROUND THE CIRCUMFERENCE.
