THE ACFT HAD INFLT STRUCTURAL FAILURE AND SEPARATION OF SOME COMPONENTS AND CRASHED IN AN INVERTED FLAT SPIN PARTS OF THE WING AND AILERON WERE NEVER FOUND. SOME PARTS WERE FOUND ABOUT 1/2 MILE FROM THE PRIMARY IMPACT POINT.
