THE AIRCRAFT'S RIGHT NOSE LANDING GEAR TIRE TREAD SEPARATED DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL. THE TREAD SEPARATION RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO THE GROUND SHIFT MECHANISM, NOSE GEAR DOOR, TAXI LIGHT AND THE EE COMPARTMENT DOOR. THE FLIGHT RETURNED TO THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT.
