MAIN ROTOR HUB WAS OVERHAULED BY A REPAIR STATION THAT WAS NOT AUTHROIZED BY HUGHES HELICOPTERS FOR HUB OVERHAULS. THE MAIN ROTOR HUB AND BLADES SEPARATED IN-FLT 279 HRS AFTER OVERHAUL. THE ACFT CRASHED IN A DENSILY WOODED AREA.
