ACFT IMPACTED IN A HIGH SPEED DIVE APRX 10 DEG PAST VERTICLE. PLT RECEIVED COM/INST CERTIFICATE ON 12/14/84 AND THIS IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN HIS FIRST FLT IN ACTUAL IMC.
