THE ACFT LANDED HARD DURING A FORCED LANDING AND COLLAPSED THE LANDING GEAR PILOT REPORTED THAT 10-15 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF HE EXPERIENCED PITCH CONTROL PROBLEMS. HE WAS UNABLE TO TURN THE ACFT AND MADE A FORCED LANDING STRAIGHT AHEAD.
