Water In Fuel; Improperly Serviced Aircraft (Ground Crew)
Engine failure caused by fuel contaminated with water. Investigations determined that the aircraft was refueled during a heavy rainstorm at the departure airport, causing water to spill into fuel tanks. Full accident record
