THE ACFT CRASHED DURING A FORCED LANDING AFTER A POWER LOSS. THE PLT STATED DURING A POST ACCIDENT INTERVIEW THAT HE DIDNOT SWITCH TANKS DURING THE POWER LOSS SEQUENCE. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE RIGHT FUEL TANK WAS EMPTY.
