THE ACFT WENT OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RWY AND COLLIDED WITH A DITCH AFTER WHICH IT ERUPTED IN FLAMES. THE TEMPERATURE WAS 87 DEGREES WITH LIGHT WIND. THE DENSITY ALT WAS COMPUTED TO BE 5000 FT. THE PLT HAD STATED TO THE OPERATOR THAT HE THOUGHT IT WAS TOO HOT TO SPRAY. THE BOSS ASKED HIM TO TRY ANYWAY.
