THE GLIDER COLLIDED WITH A FENCE DURING LANDING. THE GLIDER HAD EXPERIENCED LOSS OF LIFT SHORTLY AFTER A RELEASE FROM TOW AT 2500 FT AGL. HEAVY SINK AND ALT LOSS WAS ENCOUNTERED AND CONTINUED.
