DURING A MISSED APPROACH FROM A PRACTICE ILS APCH, A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD DURING GEAR RETRACTION. SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPTS TOEXTEND THE GEAR, BOTH NORMALLY & MANUALLY, RESULTED IN THE RIGHT GEAR REMAINING UP & LOCKED WITH THE INBOARD GEAR DOOR SLIGHTLY OPEN.
