AS THE PLT WAS ADJUSTING THE POWERPLANT & PROP CONTROLS THE ENG ACCELERATED, & AT THE SAME TIME OIL COVERED THE WINDSHIELD. THE ACFT WENT DOWN INTO A BEAN FIELD & FLIPPED OVER. DISASSEMBLY OF THE ENG REVEALED THE REAR COUNTERWEIGHT TRAILING PIN WORN & GAULDED. THE SLEEVES IN BOTH THE REAR CRANKSHAFT & COUNTERWEIGHT WERE WORN & GAULDED.
