THE FLIGHT CREW WAS UNABLE TO LOWER THE NOSE WHEEL LANDING GEAR THROUGH EITHER THE NORMAL OR BACKUP SYSTEMS. THE AIRPLANE SUBSQUENTLY MADE A NOSE GEAR UP LANDING RESULTING IN MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE.
