WHILE EXECUTING A SINGLE ENGINE ILS APPROACH TO A TOUCH AND GO LANDING, THE CFI PULLED THE MIXTURE CONTROL ON THE RIGHT ENGINE. UPON LANDING THE PILOT APPLIED FULL POWER TO BOTH ENGINES BUT THE RIGHT ENGINE DID NOT RESPOND.
