THE ACFT NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED DURING TAKEOFF AND THE ACFT NOSED OVER. THE PLT STATED TO INSPECTORS THAT RECENT MAINTENANCE HAD BEEN PERFORMED ON THE NOSE GEAR. SHORTLY AFTER THE ACCIDENT THE ACFT WAS LOCKED IN A HANGAR.
