DURING AN EXTERNAL LOAD OPERATION, THERE WAS AN INDICATION OF HIGH TORQUE AND THE OIL CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE PILOT INITIATED AN AUTOROTATION. THE HELICOPTER COLLIDED WITH THE SLOPING TERRAIN AND ROLLED OVER.
