IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF THE PLT NOTED STRONG PRESSURE ON THE RIGHT RUDDER. HE TRIMMED OUT THE RUDDER PRESSURE AND CONTINUED TO FLY IN THE LOCAL AREA. APPROACH FLARE AND TOUCHDOWN WERE NORMAL.
