THE HELICOPTER WAS SEEN FLYING AT A LOW ALTITUDE BY WITNESSES AND APPEARED TO BE FLYING STRAIGHT AND LEVEL AND SOUNDED NORMAL. THE HELICOPTER IMPACTED THE GROUND IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION, 180 DEGREES FROM IT'S OBSERVED FLIGHT PATH.
