The crew encountered unknown technical issues and were forced to attempt an emergency landing. The twin engine airplane crash landed on an embankment along road BR-364 in Extrema, west Rondônia. All occupants evacuated safely, among them Federal Deputy Maurício Carvalho and City Councilor Márcio Pacele who were travelling with advisors from Porto Velho. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire. Crescit Multi Investments & Aviation Solutions is owned by Grupo Aparício Carvalho.
