The airplane departed Sabetta on a charter flight to Utrenniy, carrying 36 passengers and five crew members. Following an uneventful flight, the crew initiated the descent to the destination airport in marginal weather conditions. On final approach, the copilot reported the altitude of 300 metres and that the airplane was stabilized.
