27.06.2017 об 11:44 UTC, при виконанні планових авіаційно-хімічних робіт в районі н.п. Лєски, Кілійського р-ну Одеської обл., на літаку Ан-2 UR-19717, під час виконання вимушеної посадки внаслідок падіння обертів та потужності двигуна (за словами КПС) сталася аварія, внаслідок якої другий пілот отримав незначні травми. КПС літака ушкоджень не отримав.

Engine failure in flight due to fuel exhaustion. The following contributing factors were identified: - Poor flight preparation on part of the crew who failed to follow the pre-takeoff checklist, - The fuel selector was in the wrong position, - Poor organization on part of the operator, regarding implementation of procedures related to agricultural flghts.
