- April 12, 1960AccidentHull loss
After landing at Melbourne-Moorabbin, the crew attempted to vacate the runway when the left main gear collapsed. The airplane sunk on its belly and came to rest. All three crew members were uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. Probable cause (official findings): Failure of the left main gear after landing.

While cruising along the shore, the left engine failed. Shortly later, the right engine lost power and failed as well. In such conditions, the pilot reduced his altitude and ditched the aircraft about 10 miles south of Swansea.
